Richforth Inspection didn’t start as a typical third-party inspection company. It started as the in-house quality control team for Richforth Trading — a company that has been sourcing and exporting gifts and promotional products from China for 23 years.

A decade ago, we opened our inspection service to outside clients, starting with a simple idea: offer the same rigorous inspection standards we used for our own orders, at a price that made sense for small and medium businesses — especially Amazon sellers who couldn’t afford the inflated rates larger inspection firms charge.

That’s still who we are today: $118 per inspector, per day, flat rate, no hidden fees, covering virtually every city in China.

We’re often asked whether being connected to a trading company affects our objectivity. It’s a fair question. Here’s our honest answer: we don’t pretend to be a fully independent third party in the traditional sense. What we offer instead is something we believe matters more — inspectors who have spent years inside actual factories, who understand production realities beyond a simple pass/fail checklist, because quality control has always been core to how we do business, not an outsourced afterthought.
